Alba Høeg Andersen path of transmission (2022)

Description
In the library we chatter quietly. In the streets we yell and push forward. In the cemetery we talk cautiously. We block out city noise, ignore the beeps and bops, pick up pieces of conversations be- fore putting on headphones and pretend not to eavesdrop, we strain ourselves to forget the city rumble. Can you recall what the bus sounds like? Do you remember the music of the inter- section? The symphony of the park or the ballad of the pavement? We constantly entertain ourselves, but we forget that the city is already perform- ing for us.The film was made during a project working with public spaces in the city of Cluj-Napoca in Romania.
