Window in window (2023)
The Royal Danish Academy 28.04.2023
Description
‘Window in window’ reveals a view from interior toward exterior. The intention of this video is to raise viewer’s attention to the daily experience in the boundary between interior and exterior by screen- ing the indoor window view on “window” -screen.
While pushing the door to enter,
the viewer firstly walks into the interior and subsequently sees the window view toward outside on the ‘’window’’. Realizing the ‘’outside’’ is the exterior they just pass by before entering, ’Window in window’ strengthens viewer’s experience of cross- ing the boundaries.
